Eligibility and account responsibility

You must provide accurate, current, and complete account information, including username, email address, and any profile details requested by DollarCinema.tv.

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your credentials.

DollarCinema.tv may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or platform policy.

Email verification and account access

Email verification is required before account access is activated for sign in.

DollarCinema.tv may restrict account access until verification is completed and may require additional verification to protect platform integrity.

Date of birth and age-gated content

Users must provide an accurate date of birth when prompted. Date of birth is used to evaluate eligibility for age-gated content.

DollarCinema.tv may restrict, deny, or revoke access to mature content based on account information, policy enforcement, legal requirements, and safety decisions.

You are responsible for the truthfulness of age-related information submitted to the platform.

Content platform rules

Prohibited content includes pornography, illegal content, exploitative sexual content, CSAM, piracy, and other unlawful uploads or activity.

Legal mature content may be allowed subject to policy, moderation review, and age-gating controls.

DollarCinema.tv may remove content, suspend upload capability, or terminate accounts at its discretion for policy or legal violations.

Uploader and creator rules

Upload capability requires uploader verification status to be approved.

You must own or control all necessary rights for uploaded materials and must not upload infringing, stolen, pirated, or unlawful content.

DollarCinema.tv may review, reject, remove, or suspend uploads and accounts where compliance, rights, or safety concerns arise.

Payments and Popcorn credits

Popcorn is a closed-loop digital credit usable only on DollarCinema.tv for eligible content unlocks.

Popcorn is non-transferable between users and is not redeemable for cash by viewers.

Purchases, refunds, reversals, and adjustments are governed by platform payment policy and applicable legal requirements.

Creator payouts and creator earnings ledgers are separate from viewer Popcorn balances.

Moderation, enforcement, and platform discretion

DollarCinema.tv may investigate, restrict, remove, or report content or accounts as needed to enforce policy and comply with law.

The platform may preserve records and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities or rights holders where required.

Disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability.

DollarCinema.tv is not responsible for user misrepresentations, including false account data or false date-of-birth information.

Users are responsible for their own submissions, conduct, and legal compliance, and agree to indemnify DollarCinema.tv for claims arising from their violations of law, rights, or these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DollarCinema.tv is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from platform use.

Policy updates

DollarCinema.tv may update these Terms and related policies at any time. Updated versions may require renewed acceptance before continued use of some or all services.
